Diversity Consulting
The Diversity Consulting unit at OVGU aims to systematically embed diversity and equal opportunities within the university’s structures and processes.
In my role, I advise faculties and central departments on embedding diversity within their structures. In doing so, I support the development of sustainable measures and facilitate change processes within the higher education context.
My responsibility includes, in particular:
- Strategic consultancy and process support to embed diversity within OVGU’s organisational units and projects
- Support for the diversity audit, including the coordination and monitoring of the resulting measures in relevant areas of action
- Development and implementation of workshops, consultancy services and awareness-raising initiatives on diversity in the university context
Through my work, I support the university’s ongoing development towards greater equality of opportunity and a university culture characterised by openness, participation and diversity.
The programme is part of the ESF-funded FEM POWER project and is organised under the Department of Equality, Diversity & Family and the Graduate Academy.
