Family Counseling Center
of the DIEZ e.V. (free of charge for students!) The family counseling center of "DIEZ" is located on the university campus in building 24 (Institute of Psychology). Here, a professional team of trained family therapists and counselors is available to "coach" and counsel individuals, couples, or entire families or to provide therapeutic services as needed. All counselors and therapists work with a "systemic" view of such and similar problems and support the search for solutions, buried resources or the best own way. Especially young families should seek advice here as soon as you have the impression that there are not "only" problems with the external things (Bafög, apartment, money), but that for example
- your own strengths and problem solving have reached their limits ("you are at the end of your rope"),
- the entire partnership or family ties are overly strained or threatening to collapse
- there are constant conflicts with one's own child/children ("one can no longer cope").
