Information and promotional material events
Scientific career paths start with the choice of subject and develop further on the basis of positive study and qualification experience. The OVGU sees great opportunities in the implementation of gender-sensitive structures and processes, starting with student recruitment through to the appointment of professors, to increase the attractiveness as a place to study and work.
This funding enables the co-financing of measures for gender and diversity-sensitive student acquisition and for increasing equal opportunities in studies, teaching and academic work. In addition to financing networked measures for student recruitment, measures aimed at changing specialist cultures should also be made possible.
Who is eligible to apply?
- scientists
- a work area (chair, faculty, research group, etc.)
What is specifically funded?
- information and advertising material for student recruitment, especially in the MINT area or on gender and diversity-sensitive topics
- presentation of role models in the specialist cultures
- information and advertising material on events and in teaching related to the aforementioned topic
- co-financing of measures for gender and diversity-sensitive student acquisition
