Background of the Event
The exhibition is part of the annual UN campaign " Orange the World " against violence against women. She would like to draw attention to this problem, which is exacerbated by COVID-19. Why orange? The color serves as a symbol to make violence against women visible and to counter it as one of the most common human rights violations. Various organizations around the world are taking part in the campaign and illuminating central buildings in orange, for example. |
