Officer in the Office for Gender Equality
What area do you work in? As an officer, I have an interface function and am the contact person for the central Equal Opportunity Officer and the entire team. What are your tasks? I advise and support the central and decentralized equal opportunity officers in their tasks and in implementing the university's equal opportunity goals. My core tasks are the development and coordination of equality-promoting measures as well as conceptual and strategic equality work, establishing functional, internal work structures and processes, advising on support services and specialist topics such as gender-equitable language and anti-discrimination, knowledge transfer, networking and public relations work, organizing events and further training, acquiring third-party funding and contributing to scientific reporting.
