What is the Magdeburg Gender Campus (MaGeCa)?
MaGeCa is an open working group of staff and students of the OVGU, which is committed to the implementation of an equal opportunity university culture and the integration of gender in research and teaching at our university. Everyone is invited who would like to prepare and carry out activities and events together at the University of Magdeburg. The topics are equal opportunities and gender research. But we also integrate questions about diversity!

*With the ESF-funded state program FEM POWER, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg sets itself the goal of initiating measures to improve the participation of women at all levels and in all areas of the university and thus to actively participate in the implementation of the state program for a gender-equitable Saxony-Anhalt.
