Why gender equality work at the university is important:

The associated expansion of the talent pool and the increased diversity of perspectives requires innovative and creative solutions in research and teaching. Only by fostering a diverse and equitable research environment can the full potential of the scientific community be realized.

- Study conditions: Gender equality work combats discrimination, creates safe spaces and advocates for institutional change and family-friendly policies. This enables better study and working conditions for all.

The committee elections are conducted using the POLYAS electronic voting system. There you will also find instructions on how to cast your vote.
