Project coordinator in the COMETiN Project
| What project are you involved in? I am involved in the COMETiN project (Coaching, Mentoring and Training in a Network). The project is aimed at female scientists who want to actively shape their professional future and aspire to a professorship or other leadership position in science and research. What are your tasks? My main task is the planning and organization of workshops and coaching sessions within the COMETiN project. The supervision of the project participants as well as the direct exchange with the trainers plays a major role. Furthermore, it is my concern to continuously develop the content and structure of the COMETiN project in order to best meet the needs and requirements of the project participants and to be able to react flexibly to external circumstances (e.g. COVID-19). What is your professional motto? Better an "oops" than a "what if". |
